The Perfect Google Adsense Recipe

by Suzi Phillips

It surprised a lot of people when Google proved to actually be a place where the average person could make a lot of money online. Today, Google leads the world as the number one pay per click search engine. This success left critics scratching their heads in a stupor. Who would have guessed Google's Adsense program would turn out to be the perfect arrangement between buyers, sellers, advertisers and surfers?

When you consider the benefits of Adsense, their colossal success and profiting really isn't much of a surprise. That's because the master minds behind the Google think tank curtain discovered a way to close an important yet overlooked gap in the web's advertising model.

It all started when Adsense first considered the basic interactive nature of surfers, and realized that the main inclination of people online is to click links. Most advertisers and publishers saw this as a problem with internet advertising. Such clicking lead people away from the website they initially wanted them on, thus losing sales. But Adsense somehow saw this activity as a revenue opportunity, and set out to capture the profits from all of these "link clickers". The end result was a new relationship between buyers and advertisers which had never before existed. Suddenly if you had a product, all you had to do was go to Google, and you'd find instant buyers for your product.

Much of the Adsense success resulted directly from the transparent nature of this new advertising model. Gone are the days of distracting banners, trying to lure you into clicking their ads. That's because Adsense figured out a way to get people to attract people with words, instead of annoying banners. There's no more tricking into clicking. In fact, most people never realize they've even clicked an ad when they click an Adsense link.

But the backbone of Google is Adwords. This is what makes Adsense work so well because Adwords sends out ads far and wide. Each Adword ad makes it's way on to any website relating to the keyword of the advertiser or whatever the advertiser is selling. This ingenious form of contextual advertising is how Google is able to deliver 100% targeted visitors on each and every ad.

Google's clever model leveled the playing field for anyone who needed to locate customers. Now even the little guys can reach just as many people as the big guys online. Now even publishers who know very little about optimization can reach the top of the worlds largest search engine in just a matter of seconds. Top search engine positions for any number of keywords can be purchased for just a few cents a click.

This is the kind of advertising that traditionally was impossible for most advertisers to achieve themselves. That's why this model proved to be the publisher's and advertisers best friend. The reason this special advertising model works so well is because Google understands the needs of people online. They know they need advertisers. They know advertisers need website visitors. And they also know website visitors need information relative to a specific topic. It works perfectly and can't be matched.

But there is just one thing you must keep in mind if you are considering capitalizing on this giant money maker. you will need to have an optized website, that is, one which answers a niche. This simple recipe will allow you to effortlessly dominate adsense and make a reliable income in the process.
